Conditions

These purchase order terms are valid for all actual and future orders. Other conditions are only valid if they have been approved in writing by REGO-FIX TOOL CORPORATION.

All prices stated in this price list are in Unites States Dollar currency. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

All invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Overdue invoices will be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month. On any debt issues we will issue a credit invoice, please do not submit a debit memo for credits.

Should the need arise to return any product, it is first necessary to call a Rego-Fix Customer Service Rep (CSR) to attain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once an RMA is issued, a restocking fee will be assessed on the returned items according to the following schedule:

New Products:

· Within 2 weeks from date order was shipped

15% restocking fee minimum - if no equal or greater order is immediately placed

0% restocking fee - if an equal or greater order is immediately offered as a replacement to the returned item(s).

· After two week period but before 90 days from date of shipment

15% restocking fee minimum - will be assessed on the order and deducted from the credit issued to the customer.

· After 90 days from date of shipment

RFTC can not accept any returned merchandise except for defects due to workmanship.

Demo/Discontinued Products

· Within 2 days from date order was shipped

15% restocking fee minimum - if no equal or greater order is immediately placed

0% restocking fee - if an equal or greater order is immediately offered as a replacement to the returned item(s).

· After 5 days RFTC can not accept any returned merchandise except for defects due to workmanship.

If any damage of the product is found, then additional charges will be applicable. RFTC is not liable for merchandise returned without following these guidelines. RFTC can not accept back any special or custom manufactured products unless found to be defective due to workmanship.

RMAs ar valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date of issue. Products that are not returned by the end of the sixty (60) days will require a new RMA number.

After the products have been received and evaluated, a credit memo will be issued for the RMA. Please do not ussue a Debit Memo for RMA products as they will not be honored by Rego-Fix Tool Corporation.

On any shipment over $2000 value, shipping insurance will be added to the invoice.

RFTC will make every effort to have delivery made within the confirmed delivery time. If for reasons beyond our control including, but not limited to, severe weather, work stoppage, catastrophe, acts of war, or other unforseen incident, a delay should occur, Rego-Fix reserves the right to review and honor cancellations on a case by case basis. In these instances, Rego-Fix shall be held harmless from any claims for damages.

The FOB point for all shipments is Indianapolis, IN. All additional costs for freight and packing are to be paid by the purchaser. The amount will be charged separately on the invoice.

Orders that are placed by 5 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day upon request.

Any Rego-Fix catalog item found to be defective due to workmanship for a period of up to one year from the end users date of order will be accepted back.
